Kudos to new trail

To the Editor:
I?m writing to say ?Kudos? to the new trail that will, hopefully soon, be built in Wellman for the runners and the walkers. It?s a darn shame it took such a terrible tragedy to make this happen.
I am related to both families this tragic event fell upon, and my heart goes out to both. My hope is that many Washington County residents will donate to this very worthy ...

I?m writing to say ?Kudos? to the new trail that will, hopefully soon, be built in Wellman for the runners and the walkers. It?s a darn shame it took such a terrible tragedy to make this happen.
I am related to both families this tragic event fell upon, and my heart goes out to both. My hope is that many Washington County residents will donate to this very worthy cause and maybe save other lives. I know I will donate what I can in honor of the dead and the living.
May runners take heed to what has happened and evaluate their surroundings at all times. No matter how many lights or reflectors a runner may have on them, the fact is that sometimes you are just not seen.
I, as many people have agreed, believe that this certain runner is now running with angels!
Please make this trail happen!
