Some may remember Mike Leach, football coach at Iowa Wesleyan for head coach Hal Mumme years back.
After a couple other coaching jobs, he landed at Mississippi State University as head football coach.
If you don't know, Mike had an incident back in April.
Mike tweeted a meme of an old white woman knitting a noose for her husband with the caption: 'After 2 weeks of quarantine with her husband, Gertrude decided to knit him a scarf”.
Some found humor; some didn't.
Mike removed the meme and issued an apology.
Margaret Hagerman, assistant professor of sociology at Mississippi State, said 'lynching jokes are incredibly offensive, especially in Mississippi”.
Mike was sentenced to mandatory sensitivity training, listening sessions and trips to civil rights museums.
One student/player left the school saying he considers the apology insincere and the school's response insufficient.
Liberals are experts at finding racism anywhere it isn't and use it to intimidate or silence those that don't subscribe to their ideology.
It's a growing trend since Obama occupied the Oval Office.
Unjustified accusations of racism are getting quite old and hateful.
Liberals need to expand their vocabulary, learn new words.
Try 'patriot or patriotism or patriotic” – easy to understand, pronounce and spell once you get the hang of it.
And they're happy words.
Another thing: In an effort to complement the movement to remove all mascots, nicknames and imagery of Native Americans from our schools and society, it's highly recommended that the use, display and recital of the phrase 'Land of the Free because of the Brave” be banned.
