To the Editor:
We are not against having a better Y, it is the bond issue! No one in this town should have that burden on their shoulders. Three million dollars should not be on the tax roll. We have lost three factories in this town, and nothing has been brought in to replace them. This small town is going to be bankrupt if they do everything they want to do. Main Street is a sad ...

To the Editor:
We are not against having a better Y, it is the bond issue! No one in this town should have that burden on their shoulders. Three million dollars should not be on the tax roll. We have lost three factories in this town, and nothing has been brought in to replace them. This small town is going to be bankrupt if they do everything they want to do. Main Street is a sad sight. Look at the [former] Penney?s store. There is very little on the square that will draw visitors.
The senior citizens plus young families who are buying a home, plus the renters ? the rent will have to go up to cover their expense. Do we need all of this? The kids have TV games, computer games; and a whole new generation ? will they use this?
