To the Editor:
Memorial Day weekend, please take the time to drive down South Iowa. Flags are put up and taken down by the Optimist Club, paid for by the local homeowners. Then drive through Elm Grove. Flags are put up and taken down by Marty and his crew from Jones Funeral Home, donated by families in honor of loved family members. Both are a beautiful sight; and if you have the ...

To the Editor:
Memorial Day weekend, please take the time to drive down South Iowa. Flags are put up and taken down by the Optimist Club, paid for by the local homeowners. Then drive through Elm Grove. Flags are put up and taken down by Marty and his crew from Jones Funeral Home, donated by families in honor of loved family members. Both are a beautiful sight; and if you have the time, decorate your home in honor of all our women and men in the military past and present whom we are so proud of!!!
