To the Editor:
On June 13 as the Wall that Heals came to town on East Washington, our Morning Optimist Club was handing out flags to people to line the street.
Three children riding their bikes came along, and I stopped them and gave them a flag to hold. After the arrival, two of them brought the flags back and thanked us for letting them be a part of the day.
