You are invited to live out your faith

As a general rule, it is an honor to be invited!

The party sending the invitation has a desire to celebrate and share life with. The Biblical phrase for invitation is “being called.”

There are many invitations the Lord has extended to us. First and foremost, He has extended an invitation to become sons and daughters of the most High God. Children often want to emulate their parents, especially if their parents are their heroes!

The Apostle Paul makes it clear in Romans 8:28-30: “28. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.”

Being called involves the relationship. Loving the Lord is our response, or should be! God's plan is for us to emulate Jesus and why would we not want to emulate our Hero and God? God's plan is for us to live out of faith that we are royalty!

If we value being called children of God, then we will walk and talk like we are children of God! When we value that calling we also will value God's Word, the Bible, as well as placing great value on the anointing, power and presence of the Spirit of God!
