This past summer in Mount Pleasant has been an incredible season with our YFC kids! We gathered weekly in small groups where students dove deeper into God’s Word, asked big questions, and built meaningful fellowship with one another.
One of the biggest highlights was celebrating five YFC students who took the step of baptism, boldly declaring their faith in Christ. We also had the joy of heading to camp together, where students experienced God’s presence in powerful ways, and many came home with renewed passion for their faith. Beyond camp and small groups, students faithfully continued attending their youth groups throughout the summer, growing in consistency and community.
Even more exciting, several new kids began coming to church for the very first time, opening the door for God to begin new stories of faith in their lives. We are also seeing a large group of student leaders being built up and equipped, ready to step into leadership roles as the school year begins.
God is truly working in mighty ways, and we can’t wait to see how He continues to move in the lives of our YFC students and their friends as campus life continues each Tuesday at 3:20 in the cafeteria at the middle school!
