Wednesday, July 9 61 Washington County 4-H members were busy mounting 257 photos as part of their county fair exhibit preparation. A special photo mounting day is held each year for all 4-H youth enrolled in photography to select mat board, size photos and mount their projects for judging day. These photos and more will hit the fairgrounds Saturday, July 12 for non-livestock/static judging.
Jodi Ebert, Photography Co-Superintendent said, “We had the perfect amount of volunteers and some really good photos come across the tables today. We’re anxious to see all the other photos on Saturday as there over 400 registered to be here at the fair this year.”
The photo exhibits will be on display starting Sunday, July 13 at 6 p.m. in the upper level of Dallmeyer Hall. All other 4-H exhibits will be located on the lower level. The exhibits can be viewed Sunday 6 — 9 p.m. and Monday — Thursday 10 a.m.— 9 p.m.
