Aerial Applicator Continuing Instruction Course Nov. 5 in Sigourney

Sigourney — The Aerial Applicator Continuing Instruction Course (CIC) for commercial pesticide applicators is on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025 The program is provided by the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Pesticide Safety Education Program (PSEP).

The course will fulfill 2025 continuing instruction requirements for commercial pesticide applicators certified in category 11. Some of the topics covered will include pesticide use and the environment; pesticide labels and comprehension; and pests, pest management and pesticides.

The local attendance site is Keokuk County Extension Office 400 220th Ave Suite A. Sigourney, IA 52591. Preregistration may be required. Walk-ins are not guaranteed admission. The course runs from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The registration fee is $45. Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be offered at this program. Interested participants should bring their CCA number.
