The Masons and O.E.S. will be serving pulled pork sandwiches at the Pekin football game on Friday, August 26.

PEKIN COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER, SATURDAY, AUGUST 27

The Pekin Community Scholarship Fund fundraiser will be held Saturday, Aug. 27 beginning at 6 p.m. Doors will open at 5. Meal provided by the Pekin Ruritans, followed by the auction. Tickets available from any junior or senior, the high school office, or may be purchased that evening at the door.

The Richland Women’s Club bake sale will be held on the Richland Square on Thursday, Sept. 1 beginning at 9 a.m. Proceeds will go to the Pekin Ministerial Association (PMA).

The Richland City Council will meet in regular session on Monday, Tuesday, Sept. 6 at approximately 7:20 p.m. at City Hall. A public hearing will be held at 7 p.m. regarding proposal to sell city property for the possible development of a child care facility. A public hearing will be held at approximately 7:10 p.m. regarding a budget amendment to the city budget FYE2023.
