Bishop receives scholarship

WEST DES MOINES — The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education awarded 25 $2,500 scholarships to college-bound students entering the automotive field as part of its ongoing efforts to support automotive education in the state of Iowa. The scholarships were awarded to students who showed commitment to pursuing a career in the automotive industry.
Receiving one of these scholarships was Colten Bishop of Packwood. Bishop, a 2022 Pekin graduate will be attending Indian Hills Community College.

The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education is a nonprofit entity established in 1995 by the Iowa Automobile Dealers Association. The IAD Foundation’s mission is to support educational, research and charitable activities that positively impact the automotive industry. Since 1998, the Foundation has awarded more than 200 scholarships to students across Iowa.
