Cade Bemis is in the spotlight this week. He is the son of Chad and Sherry Bemis. He has two sisters, Emily and Maddie Bemis.
While in school he has been involved in Football, Basketball, FFA, Rising Ruritans, Spanish Club, and TAG. He has also held jobs at Dickey Transport and Hedrick Bp.
What’s your favorite school memory or what will you remember the most? Playing sports with my friends and enjoying school.
If you could go back and change one thing, what would it be? Doing more clubs and sports.
Finish this sentence: “I could not live without…” Donuts.
What’s the best and/or worst thing about being a senior? The best thing about being a senior has definitely been sports.
Which teacher or staff member has had the biggest impact on you and why? Ms. Boatmen, because we have had her since elementary and she has taught us so much.
What’s your advice to incoming high school freshmen? Enjoy high school.
What are your plans after graduation? I plan to go to Iowa State and major in Data Analytics.
What is one outrageous thing you want to try in your lifetime? Sky dive.
If you could move anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Probably the Outer Banks, the reason why is because love it there and it's super nice.
Who has been your biggest influence in your life and why? My mother Sherry Bemis. She has pushed me to get better every day of my life and she has done a lot for me.
