CBI Bank & Trust appoints Cuddeback to Board of Directors

Muscatine — CBI Bank & Trust, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey J. Cuddeback to its Board of Directors, effective May 22, 2025. Cuddeback brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a diverse background that includes mortgage underwriting and lending, commercial real estate, agricultural operations, and private equity investments. Born and raised in Iowa, Jeff grew up on the family’s century farm west of Washington and returned there with his family in 2009, where he now farms alongside his father.
A graduate of University of Northern Iowa, Cuddeback holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
