County Fair Livestock Judging Contest invitation open statewide

Washington County 4-H has had both state and national level success in the livestock judging project area and they are excited to invite and host visiting judging teams during the Washington County Fair Livestock Judging Contest.

The Washington County Fair Livestock Judging Contest is Monday, July 15 starting at 12:30 p.m. Teams should check in at the main show ring announcer stand by noon. Teams may consist of 3 or 4 members. Schools may also send individuals to participate. There will be junior, intermediate, and senior divisions. Species will include: steers, heifers, market hogs, breeding gilts, market lambs and breeding ewes.

Livestock Judging Teams and coaches registered by July 12 with the Extension Office get in free the day of the contest.
