Ide Gymnastics compete in Iowa Falls

Ide Gymnastics attended the Iowa Falls USTA Trampoline and Tumbling competition with the theme of Rolling to the Oldies on Saturday and Sunday, January 21-22, 2023 with 10 athletes and returned with 10 first places.

Receiving first place in both Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline were Audrey Robinson and Jacob Wallace. Madilynn Wallace received a first place in Beginner Girls 5 Trampoline; and Reagan received first place in Novice Girls 11 Trampoline. Kaylee Wright and Skylar Smith both placed first in Intermediate Level Trampoline. Kamryn Tharp brought home first place in Double Mini Trampoline Novice Girls 9 and Kaitlyn Jensen placed first in the Intermediate Girls 11.

Kayona Krochak came back with a second place in Double Mini Trampoline in the Beginner Girls 9. Ashley Lyons also received second place in Double Mini in the Sub-Advanced Girls 13-14.

Coaches Trista Benedict and Sarah McAvan say “This was a great learning experience for every one of our athletes at this meet”.
