Ide Gymnastics competes in Indianola

Ide Gymnastics attended the USTA Trampoline and Tumbling competition in Indianola with the theme of Rock and Roll. The team went with 14 athletes and returned with 13 first places. Coach Marissa Phagan came back with first place in all three events of Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling. Kaleb Barnett followed suit with a first place in all three events as well.
Renleigh Forrett and Audrey Robinson both received first place in both Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline.
Alexa Rupe and Shalom Watson both came home with first place in Power Tumbling. Madilynn Wallace placed first in Trampoline.
Dawna Rupe had second place finishes in both Trampoline and Power Tumbling. Kayona Krochak, Izabella Rupe and Maiya Vasquez each placed second in Trampoline. Isabelle Sinnard came home with a second place in Double Mini Trampoline.
Kamryn Tharp had third place finishes in both Trampoline and Power Tumbling, and Kaitlyn Jensen placed third in Trampoline.
All in All, a fine day for Ide Gymnastics’ team.
