Ide Gymnastics starts out the new season in Ottumwa

Ide Gymnastics started out the 2023-2024 Trampoline and Tumbling season with an AAU competition in Ottumwa with the theme of The Nightmare Before Christmas. They took 25 athletes and received 25 first place finishes.
Alyson Lilly and Maiya Vasquez both returned with a “hat trick,” each winning first place in all three events of Double Mini Trampoline, Single Mini Trampoline, and Power Tumbling.
Avery Freese and Renleigh Forrett both earned a first place in Double Mini Trampoline and Single Mini Trampoline.
Dawna Rupe, Audrey Robinson, and Brooklyn Ledger all received first in Double Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling.
Lakelea Evans placed first in Single Mini Trampoline. Addison Flores, Alexis Rupe, Brielynn Tucker, and Reagan Wise all brought back first in Power Tumbling. Hadley Freese, Kayona Krochak, Nadia Royer, and Madilyn McCarty all came home with a first place in Double Mini Trampoline.
Avery Ledger received second place in both Double Mini Trampoline and Single Mini Trampoline. Eliana Ferdig and Kamryn Tharp each placed second in Single Mini Trampoline. Kaitlyn Jensen placed second in Double Mini Trampoline, and Randi Ellis placed second in Power Tumbling.
Izabella Rupe brought home a third place in Double Mini Trampoline, and Adalyn Williams finished third in Single Mini Trampoline. Vada Curran got a fourth-place finish in Double Mini Trampoline, and Elivia Ferdig finished fifth in Power Tumbling.
