Indian Hills softball team to hold hitting clinic for grades 3-12

Ottumwa — The Indian Hills Softball team has announced a date for its Warrior Softball Hitting Camp. The Warriors will host the one-day event with two separate sessions on Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Tom Arnold Net Center on the Indian Hills Ottumwa campus.

The Warriors will hold two different age group sessions. The first session, open for grades 3-7, will run from 9 a.m. to noon The second session, open to grades 8-12 will run from 1 to 4 p.m.

Attendees will receive instruction on hitting and mental aspects from current Indian Hills coaches and players. Attendees are asked to bring their own bat, helmet, and gym or turf shoes.

Cost for the camp is $75.00. Registration for the camp can be found at the Indian Hills Athletics site.
