Keokuk Co. 4-H senior Brookelyn Hemsley

Brookelyn is the daughter of Randy and Erica Hemsley and has an older brother Kale. She is an active member of the Lafayette Feeders and has served a role as the treasurer. She also is the current Keokuk County Expo Queen. Throughout Brookelyn’s years in 4-H she has participated in County Council, County Fair, Expo Queen Contest, Figure 8 Races, and showing livestock.

Brookelyn’s favorite 4-H memory was winning Senior Showmanship for poultry.

While in school, Brookelyn has participated in student council as the president, FFA, and volleyball. Outside of school and 4-H you can find Brookelyn competing in competition dance, club volleyball, boating, hunting, hanging out with her cats and dogs, working at Caseys and babysitting, along with hanging out with friends and family.

After graduation, Brookelyn is currently undecided with her future plans. We wish Brookelyn the best for the remainder of her senior year and future plans.
