Keokuk Co. Expo talent show held July 14

Keokuk County Farm Bureau (KCFB) Board of Director Nathan Fritchen emceed the Bill Riley Talent Show on Thursday, July 14, during the Expo Fair. KCFB also provided cash awards to the top three.
First place in the sprout division went to Layken Lee of South English, who did a contemporary dance solo, she received $40. Second place and $30 went to Caylee Corbin of Sigourney, who performed a hip-hop dance routine. Caylee will advance to Iowa State Fair as Layken has already qualified. Third place and $20 went to Jaylen Black for her performance of an acro dance.
Receiving first place and $50 in the senior division was Ellie Weiss from Burlington who did a jazz/acro dance. Ellie will advance to the Iowa State Fair which is Aug. 11-21 in Des Moines. Second place and $40 was awarded to Ryen Pepper and Abby Renoux of Washington for their clogging duet. Third place and $30 went to Carly Clarahan of Sigourney who performed a jazz dance.
