Keokuk County 4-H hosting Valentine’s Dinner Fundraiser

The Keokuk County 4-H program is excited to announce a new fundraising event, a 4-H Valentine’s Dinner Fundraiser!

Are you looking for something to do on Valentine's Day with your special someone or the whole family? Consider attending our 4-H Valentines Dinner Fundraiser! Keokuk County 4-H members will be running our "4-H restaurant" for the night so come enjoy a candlelit dinner with music, photo opportunities, good food and even better service!

It will be a freewill donation dinner with all the proceeds going back toward 4-H & Clover Kids enrollments for 2024-2025. We are inviting the public to come to the Expo Hall on Friday, February 14 from 5-8 p.m. to join us for a night out with their special someone or the whole family. Our inclement weather date will be the following night, February 15. You will enjoy a delicious pasta dinner and desserts (gluten-free options will be available) while being served by local 4-H members. Reservations are preferred ahead of time but walk-ins the night of are always accepted.

“We’re excited to try something new and different for our 4-H Enrollment Fundraiser this year,” said Kelly Albert, Keokuk County Extension and Outreach County Director. “Not only is this a great way for our members to work on their public service skills, but it is a great way for our community members to interact with members of our program and learn about our 4-H program.”
