Keokuk County Extension fun at the Richland Public Library

Emily Belvel from the Keokuk County Extension Office had a full house at the Richland Public Library on Tuesday, June 27. She kept everyone busy with a number of activities including tangram puzzles, art projects, and a lesson about wind that involved blowing feathers and pom-poms with straws.

Groups were busy working on their tangram puzzles.
Di Parcell helps her granddaughter, Bayleigh Brown with her project.
The kids had fun designing houses with foam shapes.
The kids lined up to see who could blow their feather the farthest with a straw.
