Kirstin Chandler is a senior in the spotlight this week. She is the daughter of Michelle and Colten Chandler. She has one sister, Kayla.
While in school, Kirstin was involved in Iron Chef and was a Basketball Manager. She has also worked at Warehouse BBQ.
What’s your favorite school memory or what will you remember the most? Iron Chef.
Finish this sentence: “I could not live without…” My family.
What’s the best and/or worst thing about being a senior? Being able to pretty much do anything except leave school early when I have nothing to do.
Which teacher or staff member has had the biggest impact on you and why? Mrs. Jacobs, she changed my perspective on how I look at money and life.
What’s your advice to incoming high school freshmen? It's important to focus on school but also make sure it doesn't consume your life, your senior year and graduation will happen so much faster than you think
What are your plans after graduation? To work.
What is one outrageous thing you want to try in your lifetime? Sky diving.
If you could move anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Italy because I love the food.
Who has been your biggest influence in your life and why? My mom. She’s always been there for me and she’s taught me so much throughout my life.
