Lisk joins Federation Bank

Shawn Lisk has joined Federation Bank as a Vice President and Branch Manager at the Richland location. Shawn grew up in Fairfield and attended Northeast Missouri State University, now Truman State University, with a B.S. degree in business finance. Shawn has been in the banking industry for 30+ years.

Shawn has been involved in the Fairfield community for many years. He is a past president of the Chamber of Commerce and served on many different committees for the Chamber over the years. He also was a longtime youth baseball, basketball, and softball coach and President of the Fairfield Cougars baseball club for 6 years.

Shawn and his wife Summer are the proud parents of three children Autumn, Ashlyn, and Austin. They also are first-time grandparents to Iylee who has brought much joy to the family. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, golfing, hunting, and traveling with friends and family.
