•Helen Bailey, 97, of Crawfordsville, died Nov. 21, 1993 at Bluff Terrace Nursing Home in Clinton.

•The members of the Mt. Union Coop and the Farmers Coop Co. Winfield cast a 90% favorable vote to merge the two firms effective Jan. 1, 1994. The new firm will be known as Prairie Ag Coop.

•Dawn Krotje of Wisconsin, and Mark Kilpatrick of Columbus City announced their engagement and approaching marriage.

•Kelly Eugene Tomson, age 73, of Sperry, died Nov. 26, 1998, at the University Hospitals in Iowa City.

•John Alfred Kelley, age 71, of rural Wapello, died Nov. 29, 1998 at his home.

•Charles A. Calloway, 76, died Nov. 6, 2003 at his home in Ogden, Utah.

•Virginia M. “Ginny” Harman, age 68, of Morning Sun, died Nov. 12, 2003 at her home.
