Asoyia LLC announced two appointments to round out its corporate leadership team. Rich Lineback will be vice president of sales and marketing, and Nancy Asby will be the operations manager.

Nancy Lynn Peterson and Jeffery Wen Wood were united in marriage on Oct. 23, 2004 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Frances Pogemiller of Westview Apartments in Winfield celebrated her 95th birthday on Feb. 12.

Phil and Shasta Marshall celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary on Jan. 28.

Klay Edwards has joined the staff of People’s State Bank as management trainee. Klay graduated in December 1999 with a degree in finance and an MBA from Iowa State University.

The Winfield Area Ambulance Service has received notice that it has been selected to receive one of 31 grants in the amount of $3200.

Muriel Replogle celebrated her 90th birthday at the Winfield Congregate Meal Site.

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Peterson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Robert W. Johnson retired as executive vice president and cashier of the Farmers National Bank. He had been employed at the bank since 1942. John Carty was elected President of the Board.
