Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club holds meeting

The Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club met on April 10, 2024 at Prairie View Church. President Lexi Swearingen called the meeting to order. Levi Voyles, Maci Crow, and Haylea Oostra led the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was answered by 26 members. Secretary Teagan Swearingen read the minutes of the last meeting. The Treasurer’s report was given by Bo Latcham. Business: Swine Weigh in. Bucket bottle Calf and Lamb. YQCA Livestock Tests. 4-H clothing Challenge workshop. Sheep and goat weigh in. 4-H Senior graduates. Livestock and pet identification May 15 deadline. Dog obedience classes. 4-H Adventureland Trip. Expo fair changes. Expo fair books. Project and Exhibit ideas. County Council Report was given by Haylea Oostra, Lexi Swearingen, and Carley Clarahan. The meeting was adjourned by Carley Clarahan and seconded by Cole Millikin. Cole Millikin, Ella Bruns and Bently Clark led the 4-H creed. The next meeting will be May 8, 2024. Activities were led by Haylea Oostra, Lane Cason, Levi Voyles, and Joshua Martin. The refreshments were served by Haylea Oostra.
