Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club holds meetings

The Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club met April 13, 2022 at the Prairie View United Methodist Church. The meeting was called to order by Acting President Haylea Oostra. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Sam Loper, Greta Moore and Teagan Swearingen. Roll call was answered by 16 members and 1 leader. Secretary Greta Moore read the minutes of the March meeting. The treasurer’s report was given by Carley Clarahan. Business discussed was the Bucket calves/lambs; swine weigh in, YQCA, sheep and meat goat weigh in on April 30, May 15 Livestock id, and 4-H Clothing Event. The next meeting will be May 4. Lexi Swearingen moved to adjourn the meeting and was seconded by Carley Clarahan. The 4-H Creed was led by Conner Reed and Anna Hadley. The activities were led by Sawyer Cason and Carley Clarahan. The club project was String Art. Refreshments were served by Kendyl Noel. Reported by Emma Moore, club reporter.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Owen Moore and Kendyl Noel. Roll call was answered by 13 members and 1 leader. Secretary Greta Moore read the minutes of the April meeting. The treasurer’s report was given by Carley Clarahan. The club welcomed new 4-H member, Erica Clubb. Business discussed was the Bucket calves/lambs; YQCA, sheep and meat goat weigh in May 15 Livestock id, and 4-H Clothing Event. The next meeting will be June 8. Carley Clarahan moved to adjourn the meeting and was seconded by Lexi Swearingen. The 4-H Creed was led by Sawyer Cason. The activities were led by Haylea Oostra and Teagan Swearingen. The club project was planting Mother’s Day flowerpots. Refreshments were served by Haylea Oostra and Ethen and Izaak Echelberry. Reported by Emma Moore, club reporter.
