Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club meets

The Patriotic Panthers 4-H Club met on March 8, 2023 at Prairie View Church. President Kendyl Noel called the meeting to order. Eleanora Ferrell, Bentley Clark and Kendyl Noel led the Pledge to Allegiance. Roll call was answered by 22 members. Secretary Carley Clarahan read the minutes of the February meeting. The treasurer’s report was given by Cole Millikin.

Business discussed: 4-H lock in, YQCA testing, Butter Braid Sales, Swine weigh in on March 25, 4-H Communications workshop on April 1, Intermediate trip on April 14, bucket calf, lamb and goats by April 30, Sheep weigh in is May 6, Livestock ID by May 15, and the club barn quilt painting workshop will be March 18.

The next meeting is April 12 at Prairie View Church. The meeting was adjourned by Carley Clarahan and seconded by Sawyer Cason. Carley Clarahan, Gamble Fry and Kylee Reed led the 4-H creed. Activities were led by Kendyl Noel, Kylee Reed, Ella Bruns and Iris Steinhart. Refreshments were served by Colten Voyles and Kylee and Colt Reed.
