Pekin 1 New London 2

Pekin’s only run came in the first inning against New London last Monday, June 2. New London scored one each in the fourth and sixth innings to take the 2-1 win.

Henry Adam had two hits and a stolen base. Pitching, Henry Adam struck out 11 batters.

Pekin 17 L&M 1

The Panthers were hot at the plate last Wednesday, June 4 against L&M, scoring 14 in two innings to take a 17-1 win.

Henry Adam had three hits with two runs and five RBIs in the game. Will Adam and Brandt Latcham each had two hits and two RBI. Nolan Glick had a home run and an RBI. Glick gave up four hits while striking out six.

Pekin 3 Van Buren 14

The Panthers struggled at the plate against Van Buren County last Thursday, June 5. The took an early 2-0 lead after the first inning before falling 3-14.

Henry Adam had one hit and two stolen bases. Carson Comstock had an RBI.

Pekin 11 Wapello 1

Pekin got back on track Friday against Wapello and won 11-1.
