Pekin girls’ basketball camp held
This past week Pekin held their annual girls’ basketball camp. The camp was divided into two groups, kindergarten through third grade and fourth through sixth grade. During the camp the girls worked on, and developed skills, in dribbling, passing, and shooting. The girls also learned how to play as a team, played skill games, and had popsicles during the break. Each girl received a camp T-shirt presented by the high school girls basketball team and an official basketball presented by Superintendent Phillips. Helping Mr. Eidahl were Chloe Glosser, Maggy Dickey, Anna Hadley, Ezra Parsons, and Alex Parsons, all members of the high school basketball team.
