Pekin happenings for the week
Pekin fourth graders had their first of three Ag in the Classroom activities last week. They asked questions to cattle producers, discussed and voted on their favorite beef and diary products, and learned about the different parts of a cow’s stomach.
The Cat in the Hat, along with Thing 1 and Thing 2, visited Pekin elementary last Thursday, March 2 to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday
