Pekin Middle School students take part in Budding Artist exhibit
Pekin Middle School art students participated in the sixth annual "Budding Artists" exhibition, where professional judges ran a "juried" show. The Pekin students had their photographs prominently displayed with work from other surrounding schools from mid-March until May 2 at Art Domestique Gallery in Washington.
Students that participated were Sam Hall, Brinley Phillips, and Jonah Breon.
Sam and Jonah attended a reception over the weekend where Jonah received second place for his photograph "Big Splash."
