Pekin senior Kylie Wise

This week the spotlight is on Kylie Wise. She is the daughter of Doug and Amber Wise. Kylie has three siblings, Cody, Zack, and Reagan.

She was involved in Cross Country, Track, FCCLA, and Spanish Club while in school. She also worked at Walmart, as a gymnastics coach, and currently works at Pekin’s Daycare.

Finish this sentence: “I could not live without…” My family.

What’s the best and/or worst thing about being a senior: Worst thing about being a senior is adulting. Best thing about being a senior is almost being done with school.

Which teacher or staff member has had the biggest impact on you and why: Mrs. Wittrock. She is one of the nicest people, always offers you food if you are hungry and is always willing to help you even if it isn’t schoolwork.

Advice to incoming high school freshmen: Don’t procrastinate.

What are your plans after graduation: Keep working at the Pekin Daycare.

If you could move anywhere in the world, where would you go AND why: Florida, because it is warm all year round.
