Pekin senior Rainee Greiner

Rainee Greiner is a 2023 Pekin senior. She is the daughter of Somer and Jared Greiner. Her siblings are Clayton and Samantha Greiner.
While in school, she has been involved Wrestling, Dance team, Softball, and FFA. She has also worked at Walmart and Axis Vision Care.
What’s your favorite school memory or what will you remember the most? Being one of the first girl wrestlers and having my grandpa coaching me.
If you could go back and change one thing, what would it be? Some of the people I used to talk to.
Finish this sentence: “I could not live without …” My family and friends.
What’s the best and/or worst thing about being a senior? The best thing about being a senior is graduating and moving on to bigger and better things.
Which teacher or staff member has had the biggest impact on you and why? Probably Mrs. Wittrock or Mrs. Goudy because they are the sweetest people and always make you feel better if you’re having a bad day.
What advice do you have for incoming high school freshmen? Don’t be afraid of the seniors, they were once just like you.
What are your plans after graduation? Work for about a year or so then attend Indian Hills Community College for Sonographic nursing.
What is one outrageous thing you want to try in your lifetime? Sky diving
If you could move anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Santroni, Greece because the landscaping is very pretty and you would wake up to warm weather everyday.
Who has been your biggest influence in your life and why? Probably my mom and dad because they are outgoing and very hard working. They’re also always there when I need it most.
