A Pekin senior in the spotlight is Reese Stephens. She is the daughter of Angie and Derek Stephens. She has one sibling, Jax.
In high school she was involved in dance, competitive dance, FBLA and FFA. She also worked as a babysitter.
What's your favorite school memory/OR what will you remember the most? Eighth grade leadership class with Mr. Hogan.
If you could go back and change one thing, what would it be? Live in the moment more and not worry about the future or what’s to come.

What's the best and/or worst thing about being a senior? Experiencing all of your lasts.
Which teacher or staff member had the biggest impact on you and why? Mr. Weber and Mr. V, they both always create a healthy and positive environment for their students and continue to motivate us every day to be the best versions of ourselves.
What’s your advice to incoming high school freshmen? Make as many memories as you can, take risks and step outside of your comfort zone. You only get one high school experience so make the most out of it.
What are your plans after graduation? Attend PCI Academy and get my cosmetology license.
What is one outrageous thing you want to try in your lifetime? Skydiving.
If you could move anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? Hawaii because it is America’s paradise.
Who has been your biggest influence and why? My biggest influence has been my dad, he’s always been such a hard worker and always gives everything his all.
