Phillips to speak at American Legion and Auxiliary meeting

Emma Phillips will be speaking about her experiences of attending Girls State this year at the American Legion Post 504 meeting on Monday, July 18. Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall at the Richland Methodist Church. Refreshments will be served. This includes members of the Legion and Auxiliary as well as any community members that wish to attend.
