Pilot Grove Savings Bank makes donation to Richland child care center

Last week, Pilot Grove Savings Bank donated $10,000 to the day care being built in Richland. Early age child care is a need in all our communities in Southeast Iowa. Like the old proverb states, “it takes a village to raise a child” and in this case the village has come together to provide a new facility. It warms our hearts when local knowledge, private investment and business support come together to accomplish such an incredible project. Collaboration of this magnitude leads to successful, vibrant communities with exponential future growth. For 112 years Pilot Grove Savings Bank has supported community development, and we commend everyone for their efforts in making this a reality.
