Richards, Harper graduate from Buena Vista University

STORM LAKE — Buena Vista University congratulates more than 300 students who graduated in Spring 2023.

Paula Richards of Fremont graduated with a Master of Education in special education (instructional strategist II: behavior track).

Jade Harper of Packwood graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education.
