Richland Public Library to host 2024 “All Iowa Reads” Book Discussion

The Richland Public Library invites members of the community to participate in this year’s All Iowa Reads book discussion on Wednesday, Feb. 28 at noon. This year’s title is The Seed Keeper by Diane Wilson. This is a “snack and chat” program, so please bring a sack lunch and mug to the library’s meeting room and we’ll provide a hot beverage. About the Author Diane Wilson: Diane Wilson is a Mdewakanton descendant, enrolled on the Rosebud Reservation (Dakhóta). She is a writer and educator, who has published four award-winning books as well as essays in numerous publications. Wilson has received a Bush Foundation Fellowship as well as awards from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the Jerome Foundation, and the East Central Regional Arts Council.
About the All Iowa Reads Program: Established in 2003, the purpose of All Iowa Reads is to foster a sense of unity through reading. Iowans are encouraged to come together in their communities to read and talk about a single book title in the same calendar year. All Iowa Reads consists of three programs, each with one title chosen per year: adults, teens ages 12-18, and kids ages 8-12.
