Richland Public Library's Picnic in the Park!
The weather was perfect for Friday's picnic in the park. As the temperatures soared, Richland Central Park's great sycamore tree provided plenty of shade and the steady breeze, water games and ice cream sandwiches kept everyone cool! Felicity Pedrick provided a bubble machine and parachute which added to the afternoon's fun.
