Speech team competes at State
Pekin’s Speech team competed in the State Individual Speech Contest Saturday, March 11. Each entry performs before a panel of three judges, with each judge then giving them a Division Rating.
Earning straight Division I Ratings were Izabella Earnest, Solo Musical Theatre; Izabella Earnest, Poetry; Andrea Hoy, Storytelling; and Ben Guise, Public Address.
Receiving a Division I Rating, and two Division II Ratings were Bo Latcham, Storytelling; Ayla Banes, Solo Imrovisation; and Andrea Hoy, Public Address.
