The 2025 Keokuk County 4-H Iowa State Fair Recognition and Special Award Rosettes were handed out during intermission of the Talent Show judging at the 2025 Keokuk County Expo Fair.
The 4-H Static exhibits selected for the State Fair from Keokuk County are:
