Washington Co. 4-H Sheep Project meeting June 9

Area 4-H’ers and FFA members involved in the sheep project area are invited to the Washington County 4-H Sheep Project Meeting on June 9 at 7 p.m. in the Main Show Ring on the Washington County Fairgrounds. The 4-H sheep department continues to expand and offer educational opportunities to improve and further develop the sheep projects for youth in Washington County.

This meeting on June 9 will cover all kinds of important fair prep information, as well as giving members time with their lambs in the ring, and practicing showmanship. The sheep project leader will be present to answer questions and discuss any changes for the 2025 county fair. Both beginning sheep and experienced sheep exhibitors are invited. Parents are encouraged to attend. All age groups are encouraged to bring questions. This program is funded by Washington County Extension Council.
