Weighted blankets donated to Ottumwa students
The Prairie View Women and community sewers presented Ottumwa Principal Kim Ledger with weighted blankets for her Ottumwa 3 and 4 years olds and Kindergarten students. In the past the women have sent weighted blankets to Pekin Elementary.
