Spc. Jacob Shumaker, age 20, of Wayland, was injured in an explosion near Ar Ramaki, Iraq.
Jeremy D. Grimm, age 22, of Wayland, died as a result of an auto accident on Hwy. 78 one mile east of Wayland.
Mr. and Mrs. Karl and Laura (Erhart) Hudson celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on June 12.

Lynn and Susan Lehman and sons, Aaron and Kareem, have moved to the Nelson property at 107 E Main Street. They returned to the area May 8 after spending three years in AlKanatir, Egypt.
