A new business opened its doors in Brighton this week. Officially known as the Cardinal Drive-In, it is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Don Statler and is located on the west side of Highway 1 as it leaves Brighton to the north. From the number of autos that have been parked during the noon hour and especially in the evenings, I would say it is going to be quite an asset to the Brighton community.
They are serving noon lunches, short orders, sandwiches, ice cream, pop and the usual drive-in fare. Seating for approximately 2 inside in compact and yet roomy enough with a pleasing and eye-catching décor inside.
