Your Money, Your Future workshop begins Oct. 3

Life is not about money — but how you manage money impacts your quality of life, your family’s life, and the life of your community. When you have sound information and strong skills, you can make your money work for you and for your future. You can manage your money effectively, make better financial decisions, and live according to your priorities. With sound financial management, you can be more financially secure.

Your Money, Your Future is a workshop provided by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in Washington County, Washington State Bank and Moore’s Towing. You’ll learn how to

•understand your spending,

•use financial management resources, and

•build your personal financial management skills.

The workshop meets Monday, Oct. 3 and Thursday, Oct. 6. All sessions are from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Washington County Extension and Outreach Meeting Room. 2223 250th Washington IA 52353.
