Youth jam workshop at Keokuk County Extension

Preserving your own foods can be a lot quicker and easier than you might think. It’s a great way to have delicious, local food all year long. A hands-on workshop offers you the opportunity to learn safe food preservation techniques. All youth in 4th grade and up are able to attend, you do not have to be a 4-H member.
There is no cost to attend the youth jam workshop on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The workshop will be held at the Keokuk County Extension Office. For more information about this workshop please call the Extension Office at 641-622-2680.
