Addington Place of Fairfield nurse Lynn Smith named ‘Nurse of the Year’

The Star Award celebrates nurses who demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, leadership, and advocacy for their patients and communities. Lynn was selected from a competitive pool of nominees statewide, showcasing her remarkable skills and compassion in her role at Addington Place of Fairfield.

Lynn has been a vital member of Addington Place of Fairfield team for 3 years, where she has implemented innovative care practices, mentored employees, and built strong relationships with residents and their families. Her dedication to enhancing the quality of life for our residents is evident in every interaction, and her leadership has inspired her colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care.
